From Production Floor Manager, to QA Leader, to Cleaner.  The more clearly you define and communicate the standards, the better the results. Complete information on how to do the job (Methodology),  Standard for the work (Performance Evaluation Criteria),   Timing when the work is do be done (Frequency), Tools to be used. If results matter, this is the best way to ensure results.

Automated equipment. Not needed if your factory still has inefficient lower and mid level management problems. But automation can be useful if you have reached a management maturity level where reduction in staff is possible if automation is introduced. 自動かするかどうか。  自動機械を投する前に、まず 低・中層レベる管理者の育成に時間をかけて育った順番が大切。非効率的な体制であれば自動機械は大変な無駄になる。

During Customer Visits:  the factory's MD Team, Technical Team, Quality Team must all be ready to listen what the customer is saying about what he/she sees. Your customer come to evaluate often and expect followup.

Most ANDON are used only when machinery needs attention or repair. But use of ANDON as a facilitator to signal when movement of WIP is needed will help to get parts to the team needing them quicker.
