Provides an introduction of lean concepts as they apply to supply chain and introduces effective winning strategies for re-engineering the supply chain between both organizations. Value Stream Mapping will be introduced to develop current state and future state to establish an action plan to create a strategic win-win environment that concentrates on lowering cost and delivery issues for both entities.
