Provides a 1 day overview in a public seminar format of what you can expect if you implement a lean program. Covers concepts, basic training and implementation strategies. The 2nd and 3rd days follow AMC's 2 Day Program: Lean Factory Diagnostic Visit. Both of these 2 days are at your specific factory location, attended by only your own factory's personnel. These 2 days are scheduled at your convenience at any time that is convenient for you and your staff.
